Max Mao, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Mao has been involved in chemical and molecular products research and operation since 2001, and has been focused on wastewater treatment industry. Mr. Mao received an associate degree on law from China University of Political Science and Law.
Roy Teng, Executive Director
Over 15 years of working experience on Wall Street and led over 40 corporate financing transactions with aggregate value of over $3 billion. Mr. Teng holds a Bachelor’s degree of science in management from Arizona State University and a master’s degree of science in international business from California International University. Master of Business Administration from Peking University.
Coco Kou, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Jinwei Coco Kou has over 13-year extensive experience in internal controls, multinational operations and corporate finance of high-tech companies. Ms. Kou is a CPA in both the U.S. and China and holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics, both from Peking University. She obtained an Executive MBA degree jointly awarded by Columbia Business School, London Business School and Hong Kong University Business School.
Vincent McGill, Vice President
Mr. McGill is a Member of the Mandelbaum Salsburg’s Securities Law Practice Group and the Group’s Chair. He has a wide ranging corporate practice with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities law. Mr. McGill graduated from Colgate University cum laude (A.B., 1977); received his JD from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and an LL.M in Corporation Law from New York University (1986).
Professor Albert Rubin, Member of Science Committee
Professor Emeritus of NC State University. From 1999 through 2005 he was a visiting scientist with the USEPA in Washington, D.C., where he assisted with development of the onsite and decentralized wastewater management program. For that effort, the USEPA awarded a Bronze Medal to Dr. Rubin and the decentralized project. In 2013 he was appointed to the Environmental Management Commission for the State of North Carolina and the USEPA Infrastructure review committee on nutrient recovery from wastewater. He has assisted with development of guidelines and rules addressing wastewater reuse and biosolids management throughout the country and internationally, solid waste compost and a variety of biosolids management options.
Virginia L. Schmit, Ph.D., Senior Academic Consultant
Ms. Schmit was Senior Research Scientist in Well Dog, Armada Water Assets, and had been engaged in US Public Health Service, Department of Homeland Security, Office of Health Affairs, BioWatch Program. Ms. Schmit holds Ph.D., in Molecular Biology from University of Wyoming, M.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Colorado State University and B.S. in Animal Science from California Polytechnic University. She is also NASA Predoctoral fellowship award recipient (2010), and Member National Honor Society - undergraduate and graduate.
